Rebozo

The Rebozo is a hand woven traditional Mexican shawl

After a training with south American midwives I’ve been teaching always more often birthing persons and their partners the different uses of this shawl during pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

It helps to support and relax, it induces the baby to find the best possible position in the belly. It’s a great tool during birth and after birth it can be used as a baby carrier or as a shawl / blanket

The rebozo is a hand-woven cloth that can be used during pregnancy, during childbirth, after childbirth according to the Medo-American tradition.

During pregnancy, I show the couple how to use the Rebozo to enter a meditative state, to relax the abdominal and back muscles, to favor the optimal position of the fetus before giving birth.
